How to Strike Oil in Your Garage

Posted on November 27th, 2007 in Inventors by Chris

This maybe one of the most incredible stories I have ever heard. If someone had told me in conversation, I would have called him a liar. Frank Pringle a 64 year old inventor has created a machine that may change the world we live in. He can turn anything hydrocarbon based (which is most everything) into 3 components: oil, natural gas and ash.

Inspiration + Microwave Emitter = New Oil Reserve

Frank witnessed a massive tire fire and immediately recognized the amount of potential energy penned up in rubber. He went home and threw a chunk of tire into his microwave emitter ( I know we all have one laying around the house somewhere) and came back three hours later and found a puddle of oil on his floor. He then spent the next 10 years honing frequencies for all products.

Free Fuel to Boot

Not only did he find a way to extract oil from anything the other byproduct is natural gas. The beauty of it is, he uses the natural gas to power the machine. Franks first machine is under construction in Rockford, Illinois and everyone including the government is watching to see what happens. Frank may not be a millionaire yet, but I would bet you my grandma that if this works he will be. Frank may have spent 10 years searching through 10 million microwave frequencies but I would say his tenacity paid off. Next time someone tells you your Idea is crazy, feel free to tell them Frank’s Story. Unbelievable!!!!

What is This Blog About?

Posted on November 26th, 2007 in Uncategorized by Tim

Have you ever dreamed about working for yourself? Do you want to be financially independent? This blog is about inspiring you to take the first step, or the next step, toward freedom through stories, anecdotes and short articles. We want to encourage you to get started and stay motivated by blogging about some of the most interesting stories about entrepreneurs from across the web. Our content will be less about the next Google and more about the millionaire next door. Some of our recurring topics will include:

Aspiration

Whether you want to open a beauty shop on the corner or spend six months a year on an island in the Caribbean, you must start with a clearly defined goal. Genius maybe be just 1% inspiration, but the 99% perspiration requires a focus.

Proactiveness

Having a dream is a starting point. Only concrete action will turn the best idea into reality so we want to tell you about people who stopped preparing for success and started achieving it.

Meritocracy

We believe that education is great, but it is only one of many success factors. Some of the most successful entrepreneurs have little, if any, formal education. Whether you barely passed your G.E.D. or you have a Ph.D. from Harvard, we believe that you can achieve financial independence.

Frugality

Every entrepreneur has to decide where to invest time and energy. Whether you have to bootstrap your startup or use viral marketing to get the word out, we will share stories about how people got their businesses going while spending very little money.

Over the next several weeks, we will introduce several more themes covering everything from accidental entrepreneurs to startup horror stories.
